1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content available on DoQuizzes infringes your copyright, please send a written notice ("DMCA Takedown Notice") to our copyright agent at [email protected]. Your notice must include all of the following:

  3. The URL or other specific location on DoQuizzes where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail that we can find it.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Notices that are incomplete or that fail to meet these requirements may not be acted upon.

2. Our Response

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will:

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to [email protected] containing:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which DoQuizzes may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original claimant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

DoQuizzes has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to legal liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. If you are not sure whether content infringes your copyright, we recommend seeking legal advice before filing a notice.
