Welcome to DoQuizzes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of doquizzes.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DoQuizzes. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content

DoQuizzes allows users to create and publish quizzes ("Content"). By submitting Content you:

• Confirm that you own or have the rights to publish the Content.
• Grant DoQuizzes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your Content on the platform.
• Retain ownership of your original Content. This licence ends if you delete the Content, except where copies exist in backups or have been shared by other users.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores or game mechanics through exploits or cheating.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on DoQuizzes not submitted by users - including the site design, logos, code, and default content - are owned by or licensed to DoQuizzes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our express written permission.

6. Points, XP, and Leaderboards

Points, XP, badges, and leaderboard rankings are virtual rewards with no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove virtual rewards at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Quiz content is user-generated and educational in nature. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any quiz answers. DoQuizzes is not liable for any decisions made based on quiz content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoQuizzes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed USD $50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoQuizzes and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, DoQuizzes, or third parties. You may close your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DoQuizzes operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
