Bible Quiz

It is the best-selling book of all time, with estimated total sales exceeding 5 billion copies. The Bible is divided into two main sections: the Old Testament, which tells the story of God's relationship with the Hebrew people, and the New Testament, which focuses on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Structure of the Bible

The Protestant Bible contains 66 books - 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament. The Catholic Bible includes additional books known as the Deuterocanonical books. The Bible was written over approximately 1,500 years by over 40 different authors from various walks of life including kings, fishermen, prophets, and physicians. It was originally written in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek before being translated into thousands of languages.
