X Men Quiz

The X-Men are a team of mutant superheroes in the Marvel Comics universe, created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby and first appearing in X-Men #1 in September 1963. This lineup formed the basis for the acclaimed 1990s animated series and the Fox X-Men film franchise (2000-2019). Marvel Comics has produced some of the most culturally significant superhero narratives of the 20th century through titles like X-Men.

Wolverine (Logan) - With his adamantium claws, healing factor, and centuries of tortured history - Became Marvel's most popular character in the 1980s and 1990s. Hugh Jackman played Wolverine in the Fox films for 17 years (2000-2017), one of the longest-running superhero casting choices in cinema. Professor X (Patrick Stewart) and Magneto (Ian McKellen) brought gravitas and complexity to the franchise's central philosophical debate. The MCU is now integrating mutants and the X-Men following Disney's acquisition of Fox. The Marvel Cinematic Universe will eventually incorporate the X-Men into its interconnected universe.
