Go to account settings and update the username field. Usernames must be unique across the platform. Changing your username updates how you appear on all leaderboards and your public profile immediately.

How do I change my email address?

Go to account settings and update your email. A verification link is sent to your new address. Your old address remains active until the new one is confirmed.

How do I upload a profile picture?

Go to account settings and click on your avatar or the Change Avatar option. Upload an image from your device. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF. Avatars are resized automatically to fit the profile display.

How do I verify my email?

After registering, DoQuizzes sends a verification email to the address you provided. Click the confirmation link in that email. If you did not receive it, log in and go to account settings to request a new verification email. Verifying your email enables password recovery and notification emails.

How do I delete my account?

Go to account settings and scroll to the bottom. Click Delete Account and confirm your password. Your account and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Quizzes you created via Quiz Lab will also be deleted. Your achievements, XP, and leaderboard entries are also removed. This action is irreversible. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Can I have multiple accounts?
No. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms of Service. If you have lost access to an old account, contact support and we will help you recover it.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts are suspended for Terms of Service violations, including posting inappropriate content, cheating on leaderboards, spamming, or harassing other users. If you believe your suspension was a mistake, email [email protected] with your username and a brief explanation.
My XP or score looks wrong. What should I do?
Score discrepancies are rare. Refresh your profile page - there is sometimes a brief delay before scores update. If the issue persists after a couple of minutes, contact [email protected] with the quiz name and your expected score.
How do I opt out of the leaderboard?
Go to account settings and turn off leaderboard visibility. Your scores are still recorded privately, but your username will not appear in any public rankings.
How do I report a problem with a quiz?
Use the Report button on the quiz detail page to flag inaccurate answers, inappropriate content, or other issues. Our moderation team reviews all reports. Alternatively, contact us directly.
